From here to the end of season 4 is one of the best stretches of episodes in any TV show ever in my opinion. So excited

Tyrion's speach at the end of trial is one of my favorite moments in the show.

I remember watching this episode when it first aired and “i demand a trial by combat” gave me chills. Definitely one of those moments from this show you never forget! Peter Dinklage is incredible 🩵

🐲 GOT was so lucky to find Peter Dinklage to play Tyrion. No one could have done this role. Theon suffered major Stockholm Syndrome but his character is more layered and complex than all other male characters including Jon, Rob, and Bran.

Alfie Allen does an amazing job playing "Reek", especially in that controversial scene later.

I think it was Bronn who told Tyrion that Shea was on a ship to Essos right before the wedding, and he made sure of it. But after Joffrey choked/suffocated, Tywin yelled out for all ships to be returned to harbor, which is when she was probably sent to the Tower of the Hand. She was likely in survival mode at that point, mixed with scorn for Tyrion to betray him.

Tyrion's trial is one of my favorite scenes of a TV show, period, not just GOT. Peter absolutely killed it.

Tyrion scene is so captivating,i cant imagine how Peter Dinklage felt to play this character,even as person with obviouos disability,and playing that disability and making it his main remark in show aswell,you can just feel he feels like hes talking about his real life in sense,emotion was too raw and powerful,and written subperbly,man got an Emmy deserved one.

Igli: “Tywin is a terrible person.” Blake: “I disagree. I think he’s selfish.” Igli: “No, he’s trash. No, he’s trash. Blake: “You’re entitled to your own opinion.” Igli: “Th-he’s trash.” Blake: “You’re entitled to your wrong opinion.” Igli: “He’s trash.” Igli’s preaching. Nice❤

What a boring way to consume stories lmao, every discussion about a 'bad' character ends with "he's trash". Why even bother showing him this show? Some Marvel film or I dunno maybe Barbie or something would suit this guy more. He seems intelligent enough but god damn how soft and bland can you possibly be? Is it just for the camera?

One of the best performances ever ❤ thanks gentlemen. Peter was the only actor from got cast to be nominated for an Emmy every season. He won 4 Emmys and a golden globe for got role ❤

Tywin definitely got to Shae. I believe it was in episode 1 or 2 when Tywin and Cersei was talking about Shae during the pre-wedding brunch and he says "have her brought to the tower of the hand"

Tyrion's trial is probably the best acting of the show, which is saying a lot.

Seeing Oberyn, a bisexual, arguing with Lord Varys, who is asexual, is so good, easily one of the best dialogues in the series
@levilevi96219 ай бұрын
The crazy thing is, Varys told the truth. Only one to actually do that even if it did work against Tyrion.
@ashleyl36996 ай бұрын
tbh i have no idea how nobody ever notices that Varys is telling Tyrion directly to his face that, although he his playing his role now, that he plans to assist him in some way. he literally stares Tyrion in the eye and says he does not forget his promise.
@JayTor21129 ай бұрын
Dany's great at remembering crazy names after hearing them once. She had trouble with Qarth though. I'll add a second thing to the list of things everyone forgets. In addition to the reason Locke was sent to the wall, I'll add that Shae was found out before she supposedly left King's Landing, so there are other reasons why she might be testifying against Tyrion.

I bet the Iron Bank guy and the Spice King from Qarth were good friends, or at least had dealings.. My favorite Ramsey moment in the kennels, if having a favorite Ramsey moment were possible.. Mace Tyrell for King!! He is the goat and worth so much more than fetching quills and paper for Tywin.. Lol Tyrion's best scene, period. It's frustrating that the show only ever hints at the possible real reason Tywin hates Tyrion..and it's not because he is a dwarf.. I may not love everything Tywin does, but I absolutely respect him as a tactician.. Xo

Ramsey may be awful, but I always loved how badass he was for jumping into that fight like that.

I thought that too. But I've heard that psychopaths don't feel normal fear so it's realistic.

Igli’s right about Tywin. I love Tywin as a character one of the most formidable antagonists in fiction, but he’s still an absolute trash human being. Remember what he did to Tyrion’s first wife? Pure evil. Blake is smoking

Theon isn't one of my favorite characters, but I'm with Igli on this one😂 Theon made mistakes bcs he wanted to belong, to truly have a family. Starks did took good care of him, Ned is more of his father than his own father, but they didn't 100% treat Theon as family, so I understand why he choose on the Greyjoy at first. He isn't a good man and he is paying the price of his mistakes. Not my favorite character, but I kinda understand why he did what he did.

Correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t believe the Emmy nominations are based on singular episodes but for the actors entire body of work for the season.

I always found it shameful and short-sighted how Shae was treated by the community and most of the reactors. She owed Tyrion nothing. He insulted her in the worst possible way and pushed her away. There are two reasons why she is lying here. First, a broken heart and second, she has to take care of herself, because no one else does that for her and no one cares if the most powerful man in Kings Landing just kills the less powerful person. She does what she has to do, because Tyrion has made her a whore again and nobody cares if a whore is killed or disappears or anything else happens. Why should she rebel against Tvyron, which is equivalent to suicide, for a man who hurt and rejected her. She would have died for him. She protected Sansa. Even our eunuch, who is not mistaken and wanted to send Shae away, knew that she honestly loved Tyrion. Many people forget that. They accuse her of playing wrong from the beginning. She didn't. Only when Tywin caught her on the run after Tyrion sent her away did she do nothing but survive. So it's part of doing what Tywin says. In the episode of Joffrey's death, Cercei informed Twyron of the affair between Shae and Tyrion, and he said he was already taking care of it. She went on the ship and he caught her there. So what should she do if she doesn't want to die? What anyone else would do. Do what is said against a person who no longer wanted to have anything to do with her. And how hurt she was, she told Tyrion again: "I'm a whore, remember?" That's what Tyrion called her. The deal still existed between Jamie and Twyron. Tyrion just didn't have to say anything after Shae's statement. Shae's statement was only to further humiliate Tyrion, as he did with Tyrion's first wife. That was pure meanness.

Team Theon all the way! I will die on this hill😅 I think Varys escapes a lot of flack, in this episode he clearly states he is making a move for the throne and I see many people still defending him. What’s the difference between Varys and Littlefinger, is it only that Littlefinger helped kill people we like and Varys only helps kill people we don’t like or is it because Littlefinger is a bit creepy? Because everyone seems to hate Littlefinger and defend Varys.
@robtintelnot91079 ай бұрын
What the hell are you talking about? Who did Varys have killed?
@Sourpatchkatie119 ай бұрын
I think this is a gross misinterpretation of Varys’ motives. He’s been very clear since the beginning that his only desire is to see the right ruler on the throne. He prefers to work in the shadows supporting “the little people” and the realm. He wants the throne, but not for himself. The reason people like Varys over Littlefinger is that almost everything Varys does is to try and make things better for the realm whereas Littlefinger would see “the realm burn if he could be king of the ashes”. He’s the very antithesis of what Varys stands for.

stop watching this series with subtitles on. most of the good stuff is in the dialogues, and you just dim the experience by knowing what they're going to say before they deliver the line.

1. My favorite episode of the show, of the best season of the show: S04+E06=10.👀 2. That's why what Danny did was not justice, justice would've been to judge each master separately🫵, but that would've taken half a decade or so. 3. The day when Tyrion broke the internet and Igli didn't evan know it.🫴 PS: Shey was not telling the truth. Tyrion didn't send his cut troath into the knight's tent, Bron did that out of his own accord to gain Tyrion's favor. She was a gift. Also Igli, everyone in the room is trash besides Tyrion, Jamie AAAAND Oberyin.🙂↔️ Bonus: nobody can sell that lines about trial about beying a dwarf his entire life nowhere near as well as him because he lived it in reality. He was not only acting, but also beying real in the same time. Stellar.❤
