The Melisandre reveal was always such a deep one for book readers I swear the books are so full of lore and the community who has been immersed in it has always speculated about Mel So when this show gave us that glimpse It was VERY exciting!!! I really hope you will one day go down the rabbit hole of GRRRM’s world of ice and fire AND so much more that didn’t get it’s time in this GOT series. Had you known the lore before watching, it would not have spoiled the experience or enjoyment. It would only enrich your experience.

It's those little moments of catharsis in an ocean of darkness is what makes this show so good. Airtight darkness, no easy payoffs no fanservice. They put you thru the wringer and beat the optimism out of you. The pledge sansa and brienne do is the repeat of what catelyn and brienne did in season 2. For the characters it's like an ocean of sorrow between the two moments.

Agree with the best/most impactful parts..FINALLY a pretty big payoff with the Brienne/Sansa scene..can't help but think of multiple arcs and characters..and remembering Cat.. The Red Woman revealing herself to be about 150 years old, if I'm recalling correctly, and I'm probably not, is also one of my favorite WTF moments of the show..I'm still unsure whether the fire god is an actual deity or if its all just a bunch of smoke and mirrors scorcery..xo

How do any peoples sneak up to & board other ships? PS was Trystane on the same ship as Jaime or sailing separately? Didn't we see him die after it's revealed Jaime was back in Kings Landing? That means the Sand Snakes could have sailed there & just walked on board his ship at the dock.

That was just a mistake when they were filming, probably just forgot to put the prop on her. People keep bringing that up like its supposed to disprove the necklace's power... I mean, its a TV show at the end of the day with 10000 different crews and moving parts all happening @ the same time in 4-5 different countries..... One small slip up and ppl lose their mind.

The writing was definitely not great in this episode, why leave Jon Snow dead on the ground outside and then suddenly they care about having his body back when the good guys hide him in a room. Doesn’t make sense.
