If you don’t wait til after s7 to watch it, there will be a pretty large aspect of it spoiled.

There is a fan theory that the Knight of the Laughing Tree was actually Lyanna Stark, considering how she jumped in to help Howland Reed and the armor was clearly not their own as it was ill fitted. I'm sure there are many ideas about who it might've been but I actually think it's rather plausible it was her.

The Knight of the Laughing Tree is such a fascinating facet of the lore of Westeros and the era leading up to the rebellion. The various theories about that event are a wonderful rabbit hole to go down. I'm a fan of the Lyanna theory.

"The War of the Nine Penny Kings" was the last Blackfyre Rebellion. So, Ser Barristan Selmy, the Bold, ended the Blackfyre Rebellion 😂😂😂 Also, if they ever make a series around Robert's Rebellion, they should definitely start before that war. This way, we can also get "The Rains of Castemere." That happened after the war, when Ser Tywin returned home, with his father, Tytus, fucking sh** up 😂😂😂... They can do these jumps like House of the Dragon, covering Aerys II reign, including his steady decline, with the Defiance of Duskendale, and Harrenhall being the crescendo that leads to full on Rebellion. The Prince took Lyanna not long after that.

pls react to R+L= J with the missed scenes from season 1-4 about Jon Snow's parents! I feel that you forgot Daddy Pedro as Prince Oberyn an why he came to Kingslanding and wanted revenge 😅

You know if Roberts Rebellion did not happen, Ned wouldve married Ashara Dayne. Arthur Dayne’s sister and possible have a kid both Stark and Dayne that might wield Dawn

The parallel of Ned going down in season 1 against Jaime by being struck from behind vs Ned being saved by Howland Reed against Ser Arthur Dayne.... 😮😮😮

You can see how GRRM uses historical figures and cultures to create the peoples of Westeros. The Dothraki are the Mongol Hordes under Ghengis Khan.

House Hightower built the greatest center of learning in the world, while the Targaryens brought incest, madness and fire breathing monsters. 🟢 Hightowers>>>

The Targaryens united the realm, which no one was able to do so for its thousands of years of history. This brought constant wars between the kingdoms to an end.

What a stupid biased narrow view. The Hightowers caused the worst war in Westerosi history. Not to mention the Targaryens built roads, ended slavery, promoted trade, promoted religious tolerance and helped prevent famines. There's good and bad with every family. Targaryens did good and bad as did the Hightowers.

@@icechoc The Hightowers aren't sole responsible for the Dance. The Targaryens built a road or two, doesn't compare to the achievements of house Hightower. Slavery wasn't ended by the Targaryens, it was ended by the Faith of the Seven who views slavery as an abomination. The Faith's headquarters is in Oldtown, sponsored and promoted by the Hightowers, so the Hightowers played a major role in the decline of slavery.

@@Mutazili - Targaryens ended the slavery in the Riverlands installed there by the Ironborn. The Targaryens ended constant petty warfare. The Hightowers just built the Citadel. That's it.
