It's suggested the mystery knight at the Tourney was Lyanna Stark and that Rhaegar had found her but this is a theory. We don't know know for sure yet. The woman with purple eyes was Ashara Dayne - sister of Ser Arthur Dayne. There is a theory that she was the mother of a child of Ned Stark's as Ned had loved her before the rebellion. Some say she was the mother of Jon Snow (Jon's parentage hasn't been revealed in the books). There's several pieces of evidence that point to Ned and Ashara have a child together but alas we don't know for sure. Doesn't matter too much either as Ashara isn't in the show. It is said she committed suicide after Ned had visited her at the end of the rebellion before returning North. Even her death is shrouded in mystery and theories.
