Hated hated Jon’s ending. All the reveals about his true parents! All the build up and foreshadowing. Ugh. For him to end up at the wall defending nothing? This ruined my ten year die hard fandom.

The parallels between Dany and Annakin Skywalker is evident here. She was to dangerous to be kept alive. She was blinded by madness and her need to mass genocide her way fir overall rule, exactly what tyrants do.

Eric reads Reddit. Aside from a few misgivings, I thought the ending was amazing. I didn't like Bronn sitting on the small council, or Sam becoming Grand Maester after about 5 minutes of training. Dany and Jon got the bitter endings. Dany dying obviously sucks for her, and Jon exiling himself beyond the wall sucks too. But I doubt Jon is going to stay beyond the wall. Tyrion even says they'll see each other in 10 years or so.

GRRM has spoken about the bombing of Dresden, which was apocalyptic with the firestorm that came from the relentless bombing, utterly destroying the ancient town. It showed up in the aftermath intro scene...BIG TIME... Wings was great, I've been defending it all season...but...I honestly thought it went out limping with a whimper after roaring into our lives...

It is some form of democracy. The high lords sat there peacefully and chose their leader. Like in the Watch and The Iron Islands. I like it, full on democracy wouldn't make sense.

Nope, didn't read any leaks. I actually didn't get THAT many predictions correct. Out of the ones I was "certain" were going to happen, only was correct on 4 out of 6. Didn't bother listing the 10 other predictions that I was unsure of (most of which I got wrong).

I've read all 5 main series book , 3 Dunk and Egg , The world of ice and fire, the Princess and the Queen, the Rogue Prince and Fire and Blood part 1. All multiple times all fun. After you read everything go check out Radio Westeros on KZbin and then all the rest and you'll be fully immersed in Grrm's world .

I would like to note that the democratic system in England had come gradually by the parliament putting a weak, foreign-born king on the throne after their former monarch failed to produce his/her heir. In that sense, Bran the Broken as a new king is quite understandable. GRRM is no doubt an outstanding history student.

I liked Bran for King and especially that his council was very very in touch with the realm, the people, as Varys wanted to protect. Plus I have always loved Bran's comebacks all thru this whole series. I think he has never been given credit for his wit and vision all along.

Let's unjumble some characters Tyrion = A Jackass, I walked into a brothel with a honeycomb and a jackass. Tyrion Lannister becomes (Inn story, I learnt)(In story, learnt in) Ser Bronn of the blackwater = The jackass who rode a jackass, blackwater means waste water or sewage Follow these two and you get a shit story. Brienne of Tarth becomes = Freeborn Taith (Taith: Thanks! Journey, trip or tour) or Tree Born Faith = relation to the wierwood tree or The Reborn Fait(fact, event) relation to the old and new world. Ser Devos the Onion Knight becomes = So on served the thinking, round 1 is over you lost. Keep thinking to solve the story in round 2. Samwell Tarly = We all smartly. What does Sam do well. Read. We all smartly read the show in round 2. Bran The Broken = Born then break. He was the one who was born to break the wheel. Game of thrones the whole story is about him.
