A fundamental problem with cloaking tech. Lets assume that part of the cloak hides the massive hole in the water left by the ship that isn't there any more. There is still a pretty sizable spot in the water that other boats cannot got through and yet they don't know that. With shields hele-carrier, they have the means to alter air traffic control paths around them but what is stopping other people from just crashing against her ship?

Another problem is whilst you might be able to make the clock so advanced that it actually portrays a constant moving body of water which is pretty darn hard especially from multiple angles. The water around the ship also behaves differently especially if the ship moves.
