I excel at late game scenarios even when i'm behind. To be fair I was 4.5k mmr back in 2015 and now I have a legend account from a friend and I have played 150 games during quarantine Legend players are good probably better farmers than me from the start but as the game drags on they really fucking suck they make braindead plays that I would never do. I always have bkb before 30min usually my 2nd or 3rd item while Legends buy their BKBs late or never at all. When you are behind the best advice I probably could give is adapt on the situation. You are way behind as a PA? go straight deso and get it by 17-20min rather than having a battle fury and get it by 25min coz its much more expensive and you cant fight with it.

i have bad AM lane earlier, solo laning against WR and rubick, they just spammed low cd skill. i ended up dying twice, i have no option to rotate bot or mid since it occupied (and they likes to fight a lot). and WR is not shoving the tower either (playing deny creep and not pushing the lane). so here's what i do to return it as 901 GPM AM with 70 min game. 1. go to jungle, probably just go for small and mid camp (i dont even have boots in min 8), go for 2 wraith bands since it give you good stats. 2. look where's your predator (in my game it is WR and Void), when they're not around, just push the lanes and back to jungle if there's rotation 3. look how the fight going, if there's someone overextending and you're pretty sure you can kill them and go out, go for it, if not just continue farm (my team we're down like 10-15 kills and 3 tower). 4. push the lane, for god sake when your team cant do that, it is your job, bring some TPs. 5. prioritize your target, i got my bf at like 20, manta at 25 or something, and can kill rubick/willow and goes out, just jump when you know they doesnt have skill that can make them escape (i instantly cast spell block or whatever is it after jumping to rubick couldnt steal my blink). 6. just do as what you usually do, hopefully you get good coordinated teammates

and here's another tips, just ask your team to defend the tower (if they're willing to listen to you). and watch speeed's video, it is pretty dang good. im archon 5, now im legend 5 in just 1 week.

Thanks Speeed! I'm definitly supporting the idea of making more videos on how to play from behind. Say you are carry and your offlane and mid both loses hard. That'd be far more interesting than a freefarm game. As a carry, but even as a support it's insanly hard for me to turn these games around. If im hardsupp and my offlane and mid both feed relentlessly, I'll have no strong core to play around, (which is what i normally do do create pressure and make space for my carry) I've had the most success just solo pushing lanes in that scenario so far

I have a lot of experience in dota but I have only ever really played support. I'm looking to change into more carry game play as I've become sick of creating loads of space only to see my carry has treads and a wraith band by 15 minutes. This video has a lot of interesting points that I have overlooked. I'm optimistic and cant wait to play my next carry game. I've been thinking, if you can do videos on how to come back from networth deficit, on each roles, mainly the 1st position, for example as on how to find space to farm safely in a tightly controlled map by the opponent. True. Dont go for big items. If youre ahead buy smaller items, stack auras. Use things like boots/lace to get so ahead that your enemy has no choice but to leave the lane.

@@Oggyyval no i dont do this sir. im 4,5k for a reason. Im not perfect, yes, but i know basic things like clearing waves and farming small camps. Even my 2k friend are better than this when they are playing with me.

Actually I find a very good point by speed. Look for farm after fights. Realize alot of wasted time there, will try to tweek that.

Im a 3k player my builds are a little crazy for AM but ive never lose with my build early items 2 bracer depends on how many caster they have then i go for echosaber then i aggressively hunt easy hero kills then i go for bat.fu. Annd so on.. My AM build for me un beatable.

hey! i'm 2k support and dat am is worst am I've ever seen. in this bracket lot of standard am players and his build is so weird -starting items -no wraith band boots -good battle fury timing with empty slots -buying 2 wraith bands after battle fury lol
