Nixy and the Seeds of Doom has beautiful animation, they crammed so much in the C64.

The color pallet and flickering on the "Abyssmal Karma" game is hard to take in. The fact that the Ghostbusters "knock off" got 3rd place is shocking. ... I dunno... I think that people are trying to shoot out fast games using as little space as possible is getting to me. I'm just having a hard time getting into these from November.

It could be worse, there could be no developers making new games for a 42-year-old computer, rather than hundreds of new games coming out every year, largely for free. It's great there are new developers coming onto the scene all the time and they have to start somewhere.

Thanks for the comment and I'm glad you watched the video. Yeah, they have a lot of games. For example, Squaredrift, which requires some practice to control. But it's definitely fun to play against a friend. 😅👍

Agreed, it seems that The Last Z-8 is inspired by Ghostbusters, which is no surprise since both games involve chasing ghosts and Ghostbusters was so popular at the time. However, the games are different games, and good it's not just a copy of Ghostbusters.

Thanks for your comment. I don't know if it's the same game, because it's called Missile Command and it looks a bit different. I decided to put up a short video clip about it too, even though they're similar in gameplay. 👍
