Hi there, thank you for presenting Orbix… was fun to make a Peggle style game for C64. There are also some cool other ones… Please note: V1.0.1 increases the speed 2x on C128 machines, means more fun!

It's interesting that the Hydrogenese creators mentioned Hawkeye, because aside from the parallax background, the player character's run animation also reminds me of that game. Were the graphics done by the same person/people?

Quest for the Knight looks fun! I am happy to see an RPG, they don't release too many of them for the C64 nowadays. Why the Island is included? It is a good game but it isn't new as far as I know.

Thanks for the comment. It is a Modified/remake version of Island from 1983. It does look very similar to the old one. I also fixed the new Itch address for the video descriptions: kwayne.itch.io/island

Thanks for the comment. Do you mean Smash TV from Ocean software from 1991? This video doesn't have it, the video series plays only new C64 games. The game does look interesting, I hope someone makes a new version of it, so we can cover it in this video series. 👍
