Yes that apartment at vice city, i remember when i was near 8 my sis has a pc and she lets me use it sometimes, one day, i was playing gta vice city then i realized that that apartment has an entrance, i explored the place and found that room with blood and the chainsaw, but at the first frame of seeing the blood i shocked and i rushed to call my sis, she really did not react that much and saying "its just an Easter egg theres no theory or something about it, even though its just a room with some blood and a chainsaw" It was a bit disturbing for me but i am now recovered from it, Sorry if my grammar sucks im just 12 and i really do not speak English that much and i live in the Philippines, and i just wanted to share this moment.

The 6 body bags one from San Andreas is most likely explained in the special edition that had an extra 20 minute intro video. Basically you see the Sindaccos digging a hole in a middle of nowhere talking about how the Leones loaned their boss money while they dump a body into a hole. Before that, they mention how they didn't trust him so he "had to go". While the location looks to be the same, he was not in a body bag though so this is just a strong theory here.

As immense and stunning as V is IV has a special place in my heart that make me replay it every once in awhile, I cannot say what it is due to a large number of aspects I enjoyed from gritty atmosphere, great missions, fun random encounters and gunfights. Then there is Niko being one of few characters in a game you can believe to be that hardcore after going thru civil war and entering life of crime, plus you kind of feel bad for the guy after what he went thru he keeps having to do awful things but seems like one of few GTA protagonists that is not entirely bad just a man alone in the world doing whatever he can to survive and somehow thrive. Lastly Liberty City looks pretty amazing, I love how different areas of that same exact city are.

The San Andreas mass grave near the ghost town is pretty mysterious. Sometimes the truck that spawns there has body bags in the back making it original from any other Bobcat in the game. It’s been a long time so I forget the details but I remember one of CJ’s girlfriends in the game talking about the mass grave to some extent.

The beating heart is a metaphor. On the outside the statue is supposed to represent freedom and liberty, but in actual fact itisn't free to think and do as it pleases. There are hidden, deeper forces that hold it's heart and free will hostage. Basically the American people are given the impression of being free, but actually they are anything but.
