I still remember the intro screen and sound for the PSOne. Still gives me the chills a little bit but also gives me a nostalgic feeling because this is was the console that I grew up with back in my youth going all the way back to Christmas 1998. The first games I had were Tekken 3 and Crash 2 but yeah the lineup was amazing. A lot of developers really trying hard to put their games in a console created by a company that had something to prove.

One day i lost my mind when i saw the Glove controller, begged my parents to buy it and it was one of the coolest and most useless things ever at the same time. Very hard to control regular games with it, but you looked like a total badass playing with it, besides giving you the living dream of having a scifi glove that controlled a mech. I must say it was pretty good for one thing and that's playing flight and mech sims, i.e. Ace Combat 2, Armored Core, Zone of Enders 2nd runner etc. Took some time to get used to it, but had tons of fun playing with it.

I really wish I kept a lot of the old PlayStation magazines with the demo disc , as a kid growing up in the 90’s those magazines were the only way to keep up to date on the new exciting videos games & news . Once a month with a whole selection of games , even though water down some of em were really fun and was just good enough to play without even having the fun game . Some of em had multiple player and even though you can only do one stage and like a selection of cars / fighters or whatever , it was enough to satisfy an 6 year old kid
