Enjoy the videos very helpful, You taught me much of what i know about modding skyrim.. im now at around 1200 mods. But i have a question about saving Hard drive space. I noticed you covered almost all topics, but maybe you could tell me how to make the game take up less space without losing any mods? so far ive used Easy NPC to compile all of my npc mods into 3 plugins, so i can remove the npc mods and still have them. Is there anything else i can do thats similar to this to other mods? Thanks for reading sorry for wall of text!

I am watching this as a mod newbie and so thankful I stumbled onto your profile. Soothing voice (rare in this community from what I've experienced) no bullshit instructions. but what gave the like was the blooper ending. love the realism in the videos.

I appreciate that, man :) When modding Bethesda games the best advice I can give is go slow. Install a few mods at a time. Test. Trying to figure out what's wrong after tossing 100 mods in is sometimes impossible. Small victories when it comes to Bethesda games.

I love your videos! I have neurological issues affecting my memory. I literally cannot remember what I did 3 days ago much less how exactly to mod games. Sometimes I just get so frustrated! I really like how your videos say "pause if you need to" and "you got this", it helps me remember that modding is supposed to make games I already love a little more fun and not stressful. Thank you!

I truly appreciate you demonstrating how to apply various mods in Vortex. As a long-time Vortex user, I've been pulling what's left of my hair out trying to get Mod Organizer 2 to work since nearly all mod tutorials use it instead. For me, MO2 is unintuitive and too complex. It's supposed to give you more control, but I get option paralysis. Quit asking me all these questions! I just wanna have fun. Anyway, thanks - you're a happy little cloud in a dragon-infested sky.😎

@jocal91252 жыл бұрын
Its always troublesome for me if a mod requires a specific load order, sometimes mods will just say they need to be at the end of the load order. The problem with that is as you continue adding mods you want to sort the load order of the new mods without LOOT changing the manual edits to load order you have already made per instructions. A brief mention of overwrites and how you dont want too many would also be worth talking about for load order but i guess this is a LOOT video - its a great place to start. Its not too difficult to dive in and remove certain files that are overwritten by other mods (once you know which load order you want) and once you get into overwrites sometimes its more about what you prefer than what LOOT suggests. That's where the beauty of modding starts imo, you can craft it to be exactly how you wanted

Hi Michael! Sorry to be a "noob" pain in the backside with this, but since I am a noob at gaming, but mostly because you care so much about the quality of your videos and guides, I figured you'd want to know there's an issue that was a bit confusing for a moment. I'm on your "My Way...My Way to Skyrim" site page trying to follow along with your instructions on how to set things up. I'm at the XEdit drop down after having finished everything else up to this point. I noticed that the vid link is for THIS video, and that the instructions for XEdit are for, and Labeled, as LOOT Install. Also the adding XEdit to MO2 also states to add the LOOT .exe instead of the XEdit .exe. Other than that, I'm learning a lot and thank you for all that you have been doing for us to enhance our gaming experience! Ps...Happy Thanksgiving!! :)

That part is being written = ) Its a copy and paste of the previous section for the formatting. I have videos on xEdit already if you need help with it. The steps will likely be the same once I get around to writing it.

Where is this Apply Sorted Load order tab as its driving me crazy Any help appreciated ** Ive Sorted it, looked through the video several times to understand what to do and how to do it. Thanks
