I just love imagining the Hollow Knight, who resigned himself to being sealed away for all eternity to contain the Radiance, waking up to find the seals dissipating due to not being needed anymore and the Radiance just *gone* wondering “whaaaat the fuck just happened?” And the first thing he’s greeted by when exiting the back egg is a ready for combat Hornet and is just wondering “who the fuck are you? The godmaster flower ending is probably *the* canon one. It wraps everything up for the new hornet game. The void didn't escape due to the flower, the radiance is gone, and presumably hornet defeats the no longer infected hollow knight then leaves hallownest where does captured and brought to pharloom.

First, go to kingdoms edge to the right of the map and fight hornet to start the true ending quest, then a door in the ancient basin should open itself to you, I won’t spoil, but if you’ve only got ending one, you’ve completed about 40 percent of the game, trust me, prepare for a lot of lore to come, then the grimme troupe and Godmaster dlcs should start if you start exploring everything, especially the howling cliffs and the royal waterways, looking for secret walls

yo, Silksong takes place while you do Godmaster, and at the end of Silksong, Hornet returns to Hallownest to be there to help the Knight out and finds Pure Vessel (or not, but without the infection) and then THAT is the "final" boss (I'd imagine there'd be something like Radiance in Silksong too though)

The thing no one is talking about is that maybe the flower didn't really killed the void. Now it is stuck on dream realm and has no way of it escaping into physical world thus this ending replaces radiance with void effectively. But it's unexplained and unproven if the void itself have any possessive influence beyond dimensions like radiance did

Your face is the shape of a fully grown vessel, and you're not convincing me that the knight magically became fully grown between shots. Also, you don't need the pure nail to fight anything, you can get godmaster endings with the old nail (although it'll be hell) and I don't think the cutscene changes if you got through it with any other nail.
