5:34 Damn. Roger's Sonic has really improved. Even at the higher pitch, not only did that sound natural, like he wasn't "putting on a voice", it sounded like something Sonic would say HOW Sonic would say it. Just annoyed and like "Yeah yeah, get on with it", like a verbal version of his Sonic 1 impatient idle pose. Like hell yeah dude, show Sonic losing patience and getting annoyed like that more often, it's such a big part of his "attitude". Haven't played Shadow Gens yet, so I haven't heard him there (will on Christmas), but this is better, and is starting to punch holes in my arguments against Roger as Sonic, which I love. All these big and little improvements lately, we couldn't have IMAGINED things being so good 5 years ago. Things keep going this way and I'm gonna run out of nitpicks too. All the Takeovers have been good, but like everything else with Shadow Gens, this is a big step up. Performance and characterization just getting knocked out of the park.

This Twitter Takeover confirms that Sonic and Shadow are reluctant “friends”. They act like brothers that have to tolerate each other but deep down they like the mischief they cause each other. That and Sonic confirmed that they see Silver as the little brother awe 🥹 The best part for me was that wholesomely awkward conversation with the Commander. Shadow admitting it was awkward even for him, the stoic means that Abe is one of the few characters that keeps him on his toes, mentally. 😂❤ And yeah they implied Sonic does carry a torch for Amy 😳
