poor rezephos on that double shell jump level. i dont speed run but enjoy watching them and seeing someone not complete every level with ease just shows how hard some of these tricks are.
@dustinmihalcheon50135 жыл бұрын
Quite possibly the hardest shell trick I have ever seen. Especially since you have to do a whole level just to try it. Amazing stuff.

I swear I must have spent half of my childhood playing Super Mario World as a kid, so seeing you destroy the game without ever getting a mushroom or a fire flower or a cape was kind of amazing because trying to beat levels as small Mario when I was a kid was something I didn't even think was possible back then, lol. This has to easily be one of the greatest games that has ever been made, even in this day and age because the way they designed this game was simply astonishing being one of the very first SNES games. I got it with my SNES and just beat the game by clearing each level normally and was completely amazed at how many secrets and alternate routes that were just crammed into the cartridge. I remember having the Nintendo power issue that had the map layouts and lists of secret paths and secret levels and thinking it was the equivalent of a fucking treasure map, lol. By the time I had finished playing SMW the Nintendo power issue was held together by tape and was almost in complete tatters because I had read it and used it so long. For anyone who is too young to remember SMW or has never played it, I would absolutely recommend that you stop what you're doing and find a copy A.S.A.P. Even if you're not a gamer, or if you are a hardcore gamer, you absolutely owe it to yourself to play Super Mario World and discover one of gamings funnest experiences. There are months and months worth of wonder and secrets to discover, and you will have a total blast. Btw those big moles with the sunglasses are still the coolest characters in video gaming. I used to love those fuckers, lol. Just jumping on one of their heads and hitching a ride is so fun and cool. I want to find a stuffed animal of one of those guys with the sunglasses. As far as I'm aware Super Mario World was the only game they ever appeared in which is a shame if that's true because they are so fucking cool and adorable, lol.

This is a neat category, it's nice seeing something fresh in a Mario World speedrun. Get to see a lot of stuff I wouldn't while watching one of the TASes. Mario World Advance was actually my first game in the series and I spent a lot of time investigating every nook and cranny it had to offer until I hundred percented it.

Super FX is available for sd2snes? Why wasn't it on the news? No, seriously thanks for still supporting the sd2snes and thank you to all volunteers, who help out. Awesome run Rezephos. As always. If I may ask: Because the midair shelljump depends on speed oscilation, framerules and some other stuff, is it possible to get it 100% in RTA? I mean 20 in a row is really impressive. My best is 3 in a row and I get it around 10-15% in total.

no, it's spelled 秀樹. there is no "right" way to transliterate japanese into the latin alphabet that we use, but you'd be right in saying that "hideki" is a more conventional transliteration.

Yeah, spelling it with a "qui" is pretty weird, but they DO have a store in Japan called UNIQLO and its pronounced unikuro (you knee coo low). Japanese has 4 alphabets, hiragana, katakana, kanji, and romanji. I usually don't see "Q" in names, except in those of stores (like Don Quijote)...
