There seems to be a few downloadable game that I'm interested in now: Limbo, Outland, Scott Pilgrim VS. The World, and Braid. Would these games be worth checking out? They seem fun. :)

Seriously all the reviews I've seen have said either a few hours or 5+ It took me just over 2 hours to beat blind, and that was while recording my commentary (did it as a Let's Play)...

for anyone who hasnt played LIMBO dont watch this(dont say i didnt warn you) the most captivationg and emotional moment for me is when he finds his sister for the first time, and how you feel so close yet so far when you relise that it was merely a hallucination. i began to feel sad for the boy and for i moment i nearly cried

this game gave a completely different experience than i've ever had w/ video games...and i got it for $9.99 at Best Buy w/ the triple pack (Trials HD / Limbo / Splosion Man)...I played the demos for each when they 1st came out, and was hooked on the demo alone (but was too cheap to cough up the $)..i finally started playing Limbo last night, i wanted to save some for later, but I couldnt help it and i completed it, I would EASILY pay $10 for this alone, and the music and atmosphere is beautiful.

While playing the game (at 2:28 in the video) is when I knew for sure, this game will only get better and better. Once that music kicked in ("Survival Instinct" the song's called)....i knew that I wasnt puting down the controller until I was out of Limbo.

im having problems with limbo on ps3 i downloaded the demo and i cant hear anything on my tv i need to turn up the volemo to max to start hearing the game audio can someone help me or tell me why is this happening with this i think im not going to buy this game after all :(

You're welcome about the spoiler warning. On a scale of 1-10, it's definitely up there. Easily an 8 or more? It's a fun game definitely. Quite unique.

@tmlim526 probably because they got tired of people skipping at the score and flamming them because of a bad score. although the score was usualy explained, people would ignore them by simply looking at a number. Now we can watch the review and give it a score ourselves. :D

@wasitthat yeh i can sympathize with that for sure, but for most people now its what 10 bucks on steam? entirely worth it. But i was replying to your comments "it sux and is way overpriced" I think saying it sucks is way too harsh. I thought it was perfect for what it was. I love looking at good art and was really immersed in this.so I guess you could say I am easily entertained. Its short but I dont think that devalues any from it. Not everything should be judged by how much you can milk it

the game is interesting and unique in some ways and that's about all it is. it's not violent or scary as some people say. i won't be playing it again because there's nothing to achieve once you're done with it.
