whats the real difference between the two (fantasy and sci-fi) when you are making up species and technology that doesn't actually exist. As for story... we are sitting on something that started the journey to this new galaxy back when shepard was still dead the first time and being worked on by cerberus. It was also noted that the events of ME3 never took place. It took 600 years to reach this galaxy yet Liara still has a few words in but its not yet confirmed if its a recording or live transmission...(most likely recording). I personally find it interesting as the Reapers were known of in ME1 so will they make any type of appearance is a great question or if they are even a threat... I mean they are super advance machines that have been around for at least 50 cycles give or take? They hide in dark space so the chance of them showing up in other galaxies is always a possibility... My theory from here points me to believe that this is just the start as future IP from this series will involve the reapers as right now we are going to be discovering and learning about these other cultures on new planets that are suppose to be under developed and habitable. So its a good chance the reapers won't make an appearance as this universe is not filled with life yet... We then go on to take note of Vaults... something about past cultures and more so who knows this might be the place were we start learning about what cause the low population on the system we are visiting. As a single war monger couldn't be the soul cause unless they are this cycle's Protheans... Which throws the whole plot for a loop and allows us to see one of the most powerful races along with others. Too many variables... not enough data to preserve a proper outline of future events.
