Great momories. Again thanks for sharing, those good old arcade places.

It looks like they have a decent selection of games, but it doesn't feel very ‘arcady’ to me. They could really improve the ambience by painting the walls darker, turning down the lights and adding some neon.
@dragongamer26702 ай бұрын
my experience (left in the comment section) was very bad. So you are not wrong. The ambience felt off and the projector screen thing doesn't work at all.

This place looks absolutely amazing, However, John I'm simply too far away up in the Canada land and it's very expensive to even travel out of the country. My wife and I are going to Houston next year so we'll have to see if there is any local arcade scene in that area. It's nice to see so many new pinball tables get made because from the video you showed John - a lot of them look really stellar but i have no idea if I would ever get around to having a chance to play them but I take solace in knowing a lot of new companies are popping up to keep the pinball scene alive because as far as I'm concerned - pinball tables and pinball mechanics are an absolute work of art.

My kids and I were there that night. I thought I recognized you from The Video Game Years. My daughter is at DDR. My son was at Family Guy bowling. This was our first time at Starfighters since the expansion.

Funspot had a massive water leak. Was up there last week doing a service call. Rastan, Rygar, and Food Fight took the bullets

My experience wasn't great! half the machines were down or not working. The Arcade location is very off center and unappealing to me. I really wish this was a bigger arcade and actually had a place to eat. Just again was a hit and miss for me. I am being very very honest here. They also suffer from not having enough games to play and you won't find anyone at the front of the building playing the Arcade machines. Anyways that was my experience a couple of months ago. Hopefully they can find a better location and listen to my advice. Update: glad they fixed the Hydro Thunder 1 was down and not working and the other 3 were being used. Would be very cool if they had more Hydro Thunder machines and a bigger location space again. For me personally the Arizona Mill's Tilt arcade is way better experience. Sorry....
@wdavis9112 ай бұрын
How many Hydro Thunder machines do they need? Sounds like they’ve got plenty of games, you just like to complain. I’m sure they’re really interested in your input on the size and location of the property they’ve leased since you won’t be paying any of the rent.
@dragongamer26702 ай бұрын
@@wdavis911 Actually my other Arcade friend who actually has more games then they do. Totally agrees with my bro. If you cannot take criticism you cannot get better. Seriously! have you checked out this place otherwise please shut up! All of the machines were being used that I actually wanted to play.. so enjoy paying $20 of not playing anything then.
@sloppynyuszi2 ай бұрын
@@dragongamer2670he said its $11 entry. Is that not true? If half the games were not working when you went that’s a fair criticism. Having “only” 4 hydro thunder games isn’t the biggest sin. It’s a fine game, but we don’t need more than 4 of anything, especially in a nostalgia filled experience where you want variety. I think having too many copies of the one game would be a problem.
@dragongamer26702 ай бұрын
@@sloppynyusziagain the problem is. Not enough when you have so many people playing them. Just my experience. All the good games were being played and no room for getting on hydro thunder! I will try to give them a second chance. Maybe they lowered the price, which is great! They could improve this arcade most definitely!

Oh look it's Gamster81 continuing to abandon his failed Justice Beaver indiegogo campaign. John you stole over $23K from almost 300 fans that believed in you back in 2015. Now almost 10 years later and your last update was Jan 31, 2023 • 2:11PM. You should be ashamed of yourself and your viewers should know what you've done. Failing is one thing, but abandoning those who believed in you is something else entirely. There are words for people who do what you've done. Surely you can think of some?🤬
