Here are the contents of a pc described as body parts Cpu- The brain, it makes the pc a pc. Psu (power supply)- The heart, gives power to everything. Motherboard- The body, all things are connected to the motherboard and needs a decent psu to live, nothing to weak or powerful. Gpu(graphics card)- Really I can't compare it to a body part, it makes games run smooth in short. RAM- memory space for the brain to use all at once Ssd or hard disk- Storage for all of your things like games, pictures, videos, etc. Note: ram is to run multiple things at once and ssd or Hard disks are for space for things you aren't using. That's how I see pc components so I don't confuse new people to pc's.

Every time I go to pick a build for parts, I pick a basic one that’s around £600 and then I start picking more parts and before you know it, it’s like £1500 when I’m only wanting to spend under £1000. Should I just go with the basic and will that be okay? Because every part just sounds cool so I pick the middle ones and even then, they slowly stack up. ):

Why is this so expensive I’m 12 and I found all of the stuff you need and it was up to $2,300 😂

The most minimum computer I've seen people get is... for free. There are pc builds for any budget as long as you're willing to accept used, for new, they got for as low as 300$.

Then you are trying to spend too much. I started my first PC build with about $900. It wasn't much but it ran the games I wanted to play. Since you are 12 I would stick to console gaming for now and wait until you get a job in high school. I saved up until my senior year to get my PC.

I built pc mini itx Ryzen 7 2700x with 32gb 3200 ram with MSI 2070 super graphics card and it's as sweet missipee mud pie..😁😁😁

Nice, I think 32gb ram is a bit overboard rlly, I would only ever go 16gb max unless I'm doing something like big video editing renders ect. Hope ur enjoying the pc tho!

This is a great video! Though I have one thing to add on to what you said about the ram. When buying ram, don't only look at the frequency of it, but also the latency, because there is a chance that if the ram you are buying has a high frequency, it could also have a high latency and you could get different ram with lower frequency and latency much cheaper and that performs the exact same. Here is a video explaining frequency and latency incase anybody doesn't understand them kzbin.info/www/bejne/lYjWl5irjK5qo7c
