My favourite stupid little detail is Woods chair. Almost every scene when he moves, his chair is so accurate it's scary, the little sagging bounce over bumps, the bag on the back having an uneven sway, how much his chair moves vs his arm movement. Like probably one of the best wheelchairs I've ever seen in a videogame, it's just so weirdly accurate, to an actual heavily used wheelchair.

something i love about bo6 is the relationship between woods and adler. they’re not best friends, that was woods and mason, they were the brothers. adler and woods are so interesting because they are literally all each other have anymore. the way adler brings woods cigarettes, the way they banter with each other, the way woods doesn’t believe adler betrayed him, mason and hudson, the way adler runs to help woods when he’s injured at the rook shootout. they’ve had to become each other’s person because everyone else and everything else they knew is gone.

@mr.nobody28582 ай бұрын
Even then, Adler is not to be trusted. Since this guy relies more on Woods because he’s had no choice as you’ve said it perfectly with them having nothing and no one to fall back on. I’d say only reason to ever trust Adler is if someone is able to keep him on a leash. Because without a leash to keep him in line, he’s a time bomb who will do nearly anything to almost anyone to ensure he completes his mission. Regardless of the consequences, he’ll do it

Enjoyed watching this video a lot but something that really bugged me is you thinking that Jane was affected by the cradle. At no point did she get affected by the cradle until the very end of the game where she finally actually understood what it felt like to be under the effects of it. The Emergence mission was also about the heads of each of the departments NOT other failed experiments since they had never used it before on humans before case volunteered. The Separation Anxiety mission was done via a drug that Adler had left over from the CW days lol so that’s why there’s a bad and good Jane

Dude, I was absolutely zonked out of my mind when I played the zombies and casino mission. Firstly, was NOT expecting the zombies and it terrified me at first but then I was able to collect myself I went on a tear. Once “I” (Case) started killing my teammates, it made me realize that Case would probably be a little traumatized and it made me feel like I couldn’t trust myself with the next mission until I started getting little wins and eventually was chomping at the bit to help them in the vault mission only to be told that I had a different job and needed to trust my teammates to do their part. This campaign really was so much for me. I don’t know if it was just me, but I feel like each mission was themed after the big blockbusters of the 90’s. Black Hawk Down, “Getting a Team Together” types, Tom Clancy spy movies, Oceans Eleven… it just felt like there was homage paid to the vibe of Hollywood in 90’s.

adler might be my favourite video game character ever, and most certainly my favourite character in cod history. he’s not a “good” good guy, and he doesn’t pretend to be. he’s quite literally america’s monster, he’s deeply flawed. and i love him for it. there’s a real depth to him in a franchise where characters are either rock star heroes or evil monsters. i think that is not that he’s just trigger happy but he’s not got a whole lot of restraint if something significant is at stake. anything is expendable to him, especially bell. another thing we forget is that this man’s mind is fucked! this man got brainwashed between CW and 6 and it’s not even mentioned because he’s got to move on. he’s a fantastic character and proof that cod can make new things great. adler’s become a beloved part of the black ops series and it’s completely earned because he’s brilliant

Not sure if you'll respond to this, but i believe your mistake was putting too much faith in a series known for being, even at it's best, the junk food of gaming. And i don't necessarily mean that in a insulting way. There are junk foods games that are legit good, but trying to expect something more from a game series that is first and formost suppose to be a money making game before anything else is kinda foolish. You need your mcdonalds to be a nice filler when you can't get the grocceries of tailored games or unable to get the 5 star cuisines of the true pinacles of gaming. A mindset i usually go into when it comes to these games is "if im going to play a quote on quote 'cheap' game, at least make it enjoyable enough for me to have fun in". Cause i know where the priority is with these companies and while i don't agree with it, doesn't mean i can't enjoy it nor at the same time demand some standard. I would take another BO6 before getting another MWlll again. I think whats more important to look at when it comes to activison call of duty and more specifically the development teams in each cods is to see which ones will form their own studios later in life that isn't bound by those same restrictions. Many of the OG cod devs left immediately after the big high of the series to create new studios like Respawn which gave us titanfall, jedi surviviors, and apex. TL;DR- Maybe temper your expectations when it comes to cod and enjoy the times they get right, while at the same time take your desire to see a cash grab series to expand instead into hoping the devs can form their own studios later on and give the game you have been demanding.

I wonder where the story goes from here. Considering the series keeps moving forward a decade at a time, the next games would take place in the 2000s. Does this mean we see the events leading up to the OG Modern Warfare, considering we know they're cannon to each other via Cold War? Would be cool to see the altered 2000s that lead to the war-ridden 2010s of that trilogy.

I have a theory (as a warning, I didn't play cold war so I could be wrong), what if the cradle was the bioweapon chem that was used by the Courvus AI in Bo3 and cold war and Bo6 are like prequels leading up to the story of Bo3, and I feel like Bo3 and Bo6 being made by treyarch helps this theory a bit

The guy at the end is hinted at that to be either case or bell or both as there’s a theory that Case is actually Bell

No it's some random background character from opening cutscene of the game

I glad people can appreciate the game for what it is and what it wanted to do.

Finally got here early enough to see a video on its release date, great video and analysis of the game!

I was expecting more Gulf War stuff, maybe a little Black Hawk Down or a Tears of the Sun type mission too. The spy stuff fits the bill what with it being "black ops" and all, but I felt like it was lacking a little on the 90's warzones, those couple extra missions here and there with Case, Marshall and Harrow would've given us the emotional connection to the final act the game definitely needed because I wasn't gripped by it at all

I think Mason is PRESUMED dead. Only reason I say that is because I remember in BO2 where Woods shoots Mason in the leg and the latter appears at the very end.

My dumba$$ selected Highcard when I saw that it was timed.😂😂😂 realized what I had done immediately after.

I really did think the great escape reference before riding out the bikes would get a win PS. I genuinely do think that Avelon was a great zombies mission especially with how they focused on the horror side and I want at least one zombies map that is like that
