Oh, yeah since the creator of this posts name is stylecraftgamma and the review is testing out a stylecraft saber vs a babyliss trimmer sure ill assume that you were completely not biased at all and gave your 100% best effort with the babyliss trimmers all while using the same exact effort with the sabers and not pushing extra hard and using better technique to get an extremely apparent difference in the 2 products. For sure man.

We're sorry to hear that. Thats the first we've heard of the Saber not performing. Have you checked your blade and make sure its zero gapped and oiled properly? If you've done all those things and its still not performing correctly, pls email [e-mail] and they will help you
