In my opinion, anyway. At this time the triangle car park was closed to all except keyworkers for parking. Driver, if you decide to put in a KZbin privacy complaint, I'd think again, as it'll be reuploaded in places where you can't get it taken down. Plus it's on NewFlare where any media organisation can use the footage. If you don't want your behaviour shown on KZbin, then I suggest you behave to a more reasonable standard in future.
I reported it, the police did offer me the option of taking him to court for his hate speech, but given that I'm a privileged white male I suggested words of advice would be enough. The police may still prosecute for the no-plate, no-MOT and no-VED if the DVLA website is correct about him not having these.

@Manasseh62
@Manasseh62 3 жыл бұрын
This exactly, he chooses to go for an irrelevant conversation and an aggressive one at that about a person's physical appearance and maybe background to try to hide and wash over the immoral behaviour they were just caught in the act of. It's a diversion tactic to try to win 'points' as if his argument was somehow better but really the true intention is getting away from the original point. He takes out anger and is upset but all it is is the consequences of his own actions, in driving badly.

I'm always deeply amused by the people who don't have a lucid, logical comeback to some point I've made, so they take pot-shots at my hair. I think you and your supporters need to take a step back and just think for a moment Yes these people are wrong in their actions but in this case what’s going on is someone is trying to use a car park that they shouldn’t be using ,this isn’t a criminal offence, not even a traffic offence , if it’s an offence at all it’s civil, yet your behaviour sometimes borders on detainment which really can only be legally justified by a member of the public in far more serious circumstances Yes film them , yes report them if you want ,yes advise them and yes put them on KZbin but stopping someone from going in a certain direction is a form of detainment , the fact that you think they shouldn’t be going in that direction doesn’t justify you restricting their movement unless you own the site or are the person responsible for managing it. Don’t make the “ it isn’t detainment “ argument as detainment comes in many and some subtle forms It just seems that the psychology of assumed authority seems to give rise to a loss of perspective with regard to the action taken , you’re a rules and regs kind of guy so I’m sure you are familiar with section 4a public order, just because you think you are justified it doesn’t mean you can act in a way that means you find yourself guilty of committing a criminal offence just because you think someone is committing a civil offence and you and your supporters think they “ deserve it”
