Gangaramaya Temple | Seema Malaka | Colombo, Sri Lanka

Hello and welcome to yet another episode of my adventures around the world do 😊🙏🏼
Today I’m at the Seema Malakaya - an amazing floating temple in the heart of Colombo (Sri Lanka). The architecture of this ancient structure borrows from the monasteries of Anuradhapura. Although it is meant for meditation and rest, one can’t help align the mind for worship. There are hundreds of relics and statues to observe and learn from.
