Oprea Iulian , The channel is called "Mensutra", Almost all of his videos are addressing males, I am yet to see a video that talks about women having break ups or how to approach a guy and stuff like that, It's pretty obvious the channel's target audience is males, Which is great. But "despite that" even as a female, I was able to relate to the content, How does that imply that I am feeling special because I have a vagina? It might surprise you but my thinking comes from my brain not my genitalia, If you get the hint intended.
@opreaiulian48657 жыл бұрын
parizaful What he talks about in this video doesn't go ONLY to men but also women, you should educate yourself to follow the same concepts as those guys do because what he speaks about here is universal.

Oprea Iulian, What else have I said in my comment, Einstein? That even though this channel is mainly addressed to men, This video's content is applicable to everyone so even as a girl, I was able to relate to it. You really are dense, Or it's just a hobby to comment without comprehending?

I'm watching this video,and just thinking, at a time,this man could eat just roti and salt, stole Cable line connections just to watch English movies to improve his English,jotted down dialogues of actors, rehearsed and kept rehearsing them,to be able to say English well. Now he sits here, speaking perfect English,with great choice of words,with perfect fluency. And the content is 🙏💯.. I'd just say, people complain a lot. I used to have a lot of good habits before I got an addiction called "gaming". Before that I used to go outdoors, exploring, play musical instruments, make animations, etc. During my gaming addiction time I used to spend more than 6 hours each day gaming. I even have my final exams this way. Then I even had kind of addiction to masturbation. One day I decided to stop these. I then started exercising and when I felt the sweat drip and saw results, I knew what I needed to fill the vacuum. It has been 1 year and I haven't done any addiction. Currently only KZbin and sleeping are my addiction which I will gradually get away from. Thanks a lot for your videos. They are damn motivating. Keep them coming.

I read in my biology book that when you do something for first time, its completely voluntary... but as you start getting used to it, our brain gets smarter and sends involuntary responses more often...THIS IS IT!! That's the reason behind why practice makes a man perfect and at the same time why certain bad habits get stuck to us .. So I guess the secret lies within Brain Power and our manipulative abilities

I just don't feel the motivation to do anything. Not even things like gaming and such. It's like the dopamine receptors are broken because of constant mental abuse When I started realizing that nobody cares about me or my opinions even though people do expect things from me, I stopped living for this world So now I'm just listless all the time. When I try to get work done, I just get really tired and fall asleep. Only to wake up whilst still being tired most of the time I do think that it's a great idea to just stop doing everything that doesn't benefit me (for at least 28 days). I think that I've become addicted to listlessness because during the time I procrastinate, I don't suffer (much) from negative thoughts I'll try out your method. Thanks for the insightful video

Motivation is just a feeling & feelings are controlled by your brain. So, now you in control of your brain. Now, if your brain loses motivation (it don't feels like doing the work) you will simply dont do the work. Because, you are in control of your brain. You have to realise that, you can't be motivated every time. So, you have to learn "Workig without motivation". It's the best possible way to achieve success. Once again, "Work without motivation"..... how this helped my friend

@@holo6883 Let me explain with an example. Suppose, a tiger is near you & you have to run in order to protect yourself. At that moment do you think like, "no it's too hard, I don't wonna run, my legs are fractured" ? No matter how is your condition, definitely you will run (or) walk (or) scroll. Then, it's life man. Why, are you depending on your feeling. Your life is more dangerous than tiger. In tiger case, if tiger catches you, you will die alone. But, in life case, if you do nothing, you will also suffer & your parents will also suffer. Because as a kid you can't be able to provide to your family. Wake up & do the work. There is no other choice. Of course you can take smart decisions. But you have to do something useful inorder to achieve success. Go on👊👊👊

@@wweworld9478 Well. I'll run and collapse because of my weak heart and even the tiger will be displeased with the small amount of meat he'll obtain I don't want to rely on my feelings because they get in the way. But the PTSD my parents gave me is causing me confusion/ stress even though I don't know what's causing it So in the end I just try to get my work done, but I keep stressing or my breathing just gets heavy and my head all dizzy for no reason and the day has passed before I actually get something done

@@holo6883 Work on your phisical well being first and don't start removing all 3000 habits that screw you up, you will quickly get exausted and come back anyway. Make a list of 5 you think will make most impact, suffer for a little, try to make the collapse as easy as possible, then get up and try again. Biggest mistake is to try to remove all of them at once, you will fail miserably and come back even worse. I get where you come from, your body is fucked up because of way you abused it. Then start from repairing it, slowly. Dizzy? Maybe make sure to implement 3 litre of water everyday as highest priority. Still dizzy? Implement highly important supplements as magnesium or potasium, get them in tablets, don't rush too fast in 'Whole Foods' like diet. Your heart is weak? Stop abusing it and learn how to take care of it. Don't jump on things you can't do, don't go run when you collapse at first 10 meters, instead, go home, take care of your diet, then try to jogg for 5 meters after you start to feel more confident. Slow progress is where the success is at. You find yourself questioning whether it's worth persuing or not? If you enjoy it and it doesn't effect you, good for you, if it does (which is more realistic) then start to get your ass together because you might as well kill yourself rather than keep living like this. If not - stop talking so much how bad it is, make a piramide of your problems and fix the buttom.

There is no such thing as long-term happiness. We can't stay happy for a long time. Happiness comes from living in the present i. e., short-term pleasure.

Siddharth Pandey acha! Tu toh aise bol rha h jese tu uska future predict kar chuka hai. Tu kese keh skta h ki vo mehnat kr ke hi successful hoga... Tu ye kese keh skta h ki vo mehnat nhi krega to uske pas kuch nhi hoga. Tuje kese pta uska future? Manle usne bhot mehnat kri uske bavjood bi uski life mei kuch bhot bura ho jaye ya vo bilkul mehnat na kre fir bi use sabkuch mil jaye. Na tu ye predict kr skta h na mei na vo ki uske sath kya Hoga. Or ek bat bta du is duniya mein bhot ese log h jo itni mehnat krte hain jitni tu soch bi nhi skta or fir bi unke pas kuch nhi hai. Or kuch log sirf isliye ameer hain kyuki unke pas transplanted silicon butts hain.
