Gansai Tambi Graphite Watercolor Abstract with Doodles

I'm bringing my graphite watercolors out again, because 'tis the season for it. Somehow they just seem too dark for me to work with during Spring and Summer! But it also takes me a while to get used to those dark colors and I tend to get too heavy handed with them. I have also used them with some brighter Kuretake colors. I love the moodiness with that bright pop of color. Good luck with them!

Liebe Bettina, dieses Bild ist wundervoll geworden 🥰. Es erinnert an eine Korallenwelt bei Nacht. Als du die Goldfarben hingehalten hast dachte ich „welches würde ich nehmen?“ Und du hast dich für genau dasselbe entschieden 😊. Die Stifte machen immer Probleme bei granulierenden Farben oder in diesem Fall Farben mit Grafit, das ist ganz normal. Ein wirklich gelungenes Bild mit tollen Farben. Lg Melanie

Try the Uni-Ball Signo UM-153 Broad Point Gel Impact Pen for the white. They are great! If you store them flat, or tilted nib down, they last longer. Gorgeous art! I've always loved dark and moody colors. Thanks for sharing 🎃

Gorgeous, I have had these paints a while and not used them yet, very inspirational! Love your mark making and pattern. Tbh I think the gelly rolls are the queen of white ink, i tried the signo and always found it a bit scratchy and patchy 😅
