Gantry Motorized DCC controled container crane

This crane was kit. The crane has 4 Z scale decoders and five motors.It took me about 80-100 hours to build this one. I think it was the longest.

Hi, Andolik. Nice work! The decoders does work great. I build my crane from the same roco kit. Something different was the result. (containerterminal 1/87) But I didnt use any decoder.

That is a wonderful build ! Would love to motorize my HO scratch built gantry crane. I can share a better string to use for the wire ropes. Look up a product called Musky Master fishing line on Amazon. I think you'll like using Musky Master line for HO crane models. Subscribed.

Hallo! I have the same crane original RÖWA 5200 ( Willy Ade germany) building 1969-1975. also i have the original motorization set 5201. Not digital like your absolut nice crane , but very hard to build,too. iI have a question, because i have a problem with the robe. Often it slip off behind the cable pulley. Which kind of cable you have taken (kind, diameter)? Best regards J.L.
