as a project manager, I am on a Workday project working with a 2nd Project Manager. If we assign tasks or action items how will the team resource know they've been assigned? We are on a team of 20 resources. Will they all need a License to use the product?

Hi, you will need the business license to do so, once that, you can select the number of users and you can assign task to them using their emails addresses, you can customize the types of rights each person can have, some can have only access to visualize tasks, some can modify tasks, etc.
