For anyone with a 260 ( I have just had to go through all this). After you have set the closing limit and pressed 'P'... *you'll then see a 'connect' / pulse icon. This is the prompt for you to press your remote once (red light flashes) and the new open / close settings are stored. If you don't take this final step - upon testing, the door will go down but stop short of fully closing.* Hope it helps : )

mine is still not fixed. it has the faulty symbol and when it is closed it opens by itself agin
