Garage door remote - How to program a replacement

I have just programmed my garage remote successfully, which the original installer wanted £65 + VAT for one or £120 inc VAT. Less than £5 from EBay and a few minutes, sorted. I only hope that it lasts. Thank you!!!

Oh My Gosh! You are life saver. Seriously! I bought two remote controls with 4 buttons A B C D and have almost exactly figure like yours. One of them work nicely, one of them I screwed up and program a wrong button due to my fat finger 😞 Anyway, I then try to correct it and now I press one button and it opens both garage, and it won't let me program the other 3 buttons. I tried to find a way to hard reset the remote, it has no reset button or hole like other remotes. So I scratching my head, took the remote a part and still not going anywhere. Now watching your video and the first step you did by press+hold both A B buttons until LED flashing, then release the B button and press 3 times, that hard reset the remote control and clear out what I messed up. I went back to reprogram and it works perfectly on the second remote control. Save me a headache! Thank you very much

It might, depends on what frequency the original operates at. Only way to know if sure is try it

Hi, not sure if someone has the same issue. I have the same garage fob, but a few weeks after programming it's not working and I have to do the programming again. I even bought two and they both lost programming at the same time. Does anyone know what could be the reason?
