Amazing 💯💯💯 This is like a dream to me who has just 4 dumbells and one pull up bar. Hope I would get something like this one day.

Nice setup. Your monster safety straps are on upside down, the top should have an extra layer of material to reduce wear from the bar knurl. Thanks for a great video.

That's a sick diablo 3 poster. Although the game disappointed me compared to the older games I'm digging that art. Nice set up. Everything is nice and neat the way a gentlemen's home gym should be.

Nice setup! Do you live in an hoa though? They typically have governing documents that do not allow your garage to be open other than for loading/unloading and you typically have to park your vehicles in your garage overnight.

Sick gym! I want to get a rower as well. Not into crossfit but i like the whole rower workout mechanics. I wish i had a center beam like that so i could install several pullup bars like yours .

Hi ,I love home gyms ,I started out in metroflex gym in arlington I built indistructable dumbells no matter the weight.well all my equipment is indistructable there is no gym more hardcore than this every piece is custom. Like my flat bench is 8000# cap. I don't need it but I have it . You just get in a different frame of mind in this gym I have just built a leg press that each sealed roller bearing wheels have 60-70 thousand pound capacity. Every one that sees it says it looks like something the hulk would use. My gym has signs that say don't wast your energy setting the weights down you lift until you give out then drop them you can't hurt even the 275 lb dbells. Soon I will have a larger werehouse open to hardcore lifters only. I am also a world class welder and engineer so all my equipment has been x rayed mag particale tested and cut no corners .Thanks. , Lott , by the way your gym is awesome

Pando Did you get this before the rm6 or did you get the m4 and later concert it to the rm6? I like the idea of getting the m4 and then converting it to a monster 6 but then I'd be stuck with the 43 inch working area and would not be able to get the custom monster 6 30 inch working space... Did the stabilizer bar get in the way of anything? I'm not going to be bolting anything down and so I've narrowed my racks to monster 6, monster 4 and the rml 6 and rml 4... It seems that both the 4 versions could accommodate Wright storage pins since the working areas are pretty big

Hi there . Hey I seen on your other KZbin videos you have a RM 6 monster rack . What did you do to this rack in this video your RM 4? I'm saving up to buy one and would like to know if you just bought the back part of the rack to make it into a RM 6 monster rack. Thxs
@caved35710 жыл бұрын
You have the Sorinex Safety straps on your RM-6. Specifically, which straps did you get? The RM-6 has 43" crossmember. The website says that the Sorinex straps are 42".
@rnleopando10 жыл бұрын
my rack is 30 inches inside so the dark horse version fit mine perfectly. rogue sells their own version now I would consider going with rogue especially since its about half the price of sorinex

One of the best and also beautiest home gyms I've seen! It is a bit sucks that you cant muscle up and In my opinion you could and should invest more in the olympic weightlifting platfom by building it from plywood in the base of it and that's pretty much it What's the cost for those goods?

Why are virtually every garage gym in America looks identical Where are the added bonuses to progress legs where is the calf block, if you haven't got room for a horizontal leg press why not have a vertical leg press where's the leg extension leg curl Don't Americans train legs ????

@rnleopando10 жыл бұрын
Chalk helps the grip, prevents the bar/dumbbell/kettlebels from slipping out your hands by decreasing moisture and ads friction
