If I see the old v groove open end Mac wrenches,I snatch them up.Bought some from a Garage Journal member lately and some have Sabina,Ohio stamped on them.Found out any older Mac tool stamped with Sabina,Ohio on them,that is where they were made which Mac had a tool plant there.

Those classic screwdriver handles are awesome. Newer ones like the instinct handle feel pretty good but they have that sci-fi look to ‘em.

Heck yeah nice haul nothing beats vintage tools I collect anything vintage of antique doesn’t matter if I have a use for it or not and I love doing research on them most of my wrench and socket collections are mixed brands like Williams new Britain indestro sk vlcheck Billings Bonney craftsman Barcalo

Very cool tool haul. I too, am a sucker for some good knurling. I love all those Cornwell drivers. Those are great. I’m now gonna be on the lookout to get some of my own.

New Britain is criminally underrated. The Kilness patent mechanism in their round heads made them about the best round head ratchets ever made. Next to the RHFT, TUFF1, and the Powr Kraft 100 series from indestro.

CP, Excellent tool haul sir. When I saw all of those distributor wrenches boy does that bring back fond memories + the collection of distributor reminds me of the ones that I have. My wife keeps telling me to sell those tools so we can put that money towards a house in Florida. As long as my hands, my brain, & my tools all function as one when necessary I will always make money. Enjoy the weekend all, TMP from N.J.

wow, great video cp, i totally agree with you about those original screw driver handles from matco. i have a set of torx drivers maroon handles, and probably 4 screw drivers left from a set of the original maroon handles i bought in 1980's from matco when they first started out. i also have one wooden handled matco screw driver which looks exactly like the mac one you have. it cracked on me in the 90s and i glued it back together and i just quit using it after that so i wouldnt break it again. thanks for the video!! cheers

Love old hard handle screwdrivers . I have some Matco really enjoy them..still keep my old distributor wrenches mostly snap on , probably a half dozen or so..feel they could be handy besides working on an old rig..This sight looks like my future all my tools on a table for sale ( not yet though) ..I had an old pair of snap on slip joint pliers warrantied broken ,got a credit on them was surprised figured I would get an upgrade..also I had Blue point snap ring pliers 12 pc set..I think that was the only offering back when but had I pair upgraded to snap on line..so go figure..Thanks Buddy..👍🇺🇸

Deals you say? Yeah "marketplaces" for preowned stuff can be a real gold mine for tools. Four years ago, I picked up my less than year old at the time Cornwell Pro Series 76" box for $1800 on Craigslist. The guy who sold it had moved into a service truck at his job and just didn't need the box anymore. If you are patient and persistent and take the time, you will find deals.

Mostly useless stuff or stuff most people already have multiples of. Tools that are unlikely to ever find a use for. Those distributor wrenches are a good example. Only a bargain if someone really needs them or has a real use for them.

Oh no you are so right maybe I should have looked at ebay and saw that the distributor wrenches are bringing over 10 dollars a piece and I paid 3 how will I ever financially recover from my profits?? Oh wait I bought them because I just bought some old cars and plan to use them and at 3 dollars a piece I could care less.
