Garage Snooker, "Love It"

Cant beat a game of garage snooker, watch us attempt to pot a few balls, in this tactical battle, with some unplanned interruptions.
Laugh with us or at my awful potting. I have added a voice over and hope you enjoy the game.
The table is a bit of a triggers broom, the cloth, base cushions, pockets have all been replaced. it is over 30 years old and still going strong.

Great video. It's rair to find a 6ft by 3ft table with ball runners these days. I had one when I was 14. Going to get one next month

It's hard as hell to find a snooker table in the US. I think I'll just make my own 6x3. No one in the UK ever wants to ship one over here.

@@aaanton11 Well, bought a Rack crucis 5.5 ft table with 1 7/8 snooker set balls from Riley. I'll see how it plays. Good enough I suppose. If it plays well enough, probably change the cloth and add the ball return rails. Just wish snooker took off more here.

The table was made by Leicester snooker and billiards centre, its long gone, but a nice old slate bed table would be far better, Thanks for the great comments👍🏻👍🏻🛠

You can pick up an old slate base 6 by 3 or slightly bigger for a couple of hundred pounds pal.hours of fun

Is that full size ball runners you sent me? I've got a 6ft bentley table that I got from Amazon. It's a good table but I just prefer to have the ball runners on it rather than having to take the balls out them

Great vid lads. Just picked myself up a 6x3 too. Can I ask what length cues you use...3ft or 4ft. The room I have is big enough for either. I'm just trying to judge what they look like to play with. Also, what make balls do you use?

Ha ha that was a cracking game of snooker there. Loved the "are we having chicken for tea ?" comment in the background ! You won't hear that in the Crucible ! The effort on the yellow was very decent. By the way you can buy kids 3ft snooker cues for £5. That will sort out the side cueing issues. Have both sizes of cues available to use. I am just about to start to convert my garage into a snooker room.

Would you think that 6 foot table is too small for snooker and better to go for pool instead? How about 7 foot ones? I could fit an 8 foot table in my place, but those seemed ideal.

The bigger the better, as long as you have at least 6 feet all the way round for the full size cues, smaller table smaller cues, Thanks for the great comments👍🏻👍🏻🛠
