This was our first client project as Busted Cribs...it's not common that we provide client work due to the structure of our renovation and real estate investment business, but these were good friends of ours and we wanted to see how it would turn out.
This apartment is NICE! Located in a great, Safety Harbor location in Tampa Bay, this will be a sweet gig for both the renter and homeowner.

Very nice and clean. But it seems like you missed a lot of opportunities for storage spaces and a bigger closet. The huge shower, for instance. And I didn't see a drawer in the vanity for cosmetics, shampoos, medical supplies and all that bathroom stuff we want out of sight. Shelves can look cluttered fast. Unless your client plans to rent to minimalists, please remember storage is a big concern in most tiny places.

Lucy..ty for kind words. Yes storage wasn't priority in this remodel. The master closet was 5x6, the living room storage was adequate at best. The place rented immediately and owners got nice tenant.

Great video, very cool. I like the open space, and how bright the place is (love the color pallet and bathroom!) We’re still waiting for Electric company to finish their end (taking a while with covid.) Ours came out to be right around that price point, but for only 420 sq feet. Maybe $10K more with architects and city fees, but less luxurious.
