GARAGE TOUR! My Simple but Efficient "Car Guy" Garage (Tool Boxes, Detailing, Accessories)

In today's video, I give you a dedicated tour of my Clean & Simple 3 Car Garage! This where the magic happens when working on cars, detailing, filming, and hanging out. I give you a tour of my garage Tool Boxes, wall mount pressure washing setup, garage organization, lighting, storage, and some of my garage tips and ideas. Enjoy!
I've been in this garage a little over 4 years now and thought this would be a good milestone to document my garage build process! It still has some way to go, but I wanted to share how my garage is organized, my garage storage, accessories, and some of the helpful tools I use as a car guy. I also wanted to create this video to get some ideas from YOU on how I could best organize and decorate this space! There's a few really cool garage accessories in this video that I use daily that you may find useful as well (folding work benches) for example.
I also share my newfound love for some hand tools, as well as how my wall mounted pressure washer is setup (I get questions on this often). Overall, this is still a household garage in a subdivision so I can't get TOO crazy, but I wanted it to be clean and functional. Eventually, I'm hoping this space is 'Dream Garage" Spec but I also want space for a lift in the future! (Maybe a new house down the road). Very nice setup! I’m in a similar 3 car garage setup. One game changing garage addition I did was I added a retractable electric cord and air line to the ceiling of my two car section. Current updating my garage setup so this video was perfect timing! Keep up the great work! Love your content!

last comment. I would take consideration on the vehicles you have and placement and reorganize the garage around them. The ones you dont use alot sure stays in the corner ( evo) but I dont know how you and your wife are but I would move all my "working{" tool stuff to the center. maybe move your bike in front of the evo and reorganize the one wall directly to the left of the door so its a cohesive cabinet unit, the fold down tables on the right are nice but that parking spot should be where the daily moves. I think right now you use it for the instal videos and whatnot. just some ideas on placement. I have one wall with no windows so its getting my tool box 2 cabinets a 7 foot work bench between the cabinets and 3 upper cabinets across it. and its all n the wall ( one of the cabinets will actually have the pressure wash station inside of it so when the doors are closed its a very "minimalist" feeling garage, but that side of the garage is also my "daily" parking spot and it is in front of my house access door. the other wall has a window and my attic access but because its not by my house access door i can park cars further in ( or my truck in case of storms) but its going to be where i park my project subaru when its time to get it all cleaned up. therefore on tht wall i have my storage shelves. a mobile work bench over two husky floor drawers, and my trash cans . the storage shelf will sacrifice some space for a drink cooler and a portable ac unit ( Georgia. i dont suffer shrill winters. but summers get.... aggressive) I also need a place to store tires , I do casual autox and lap days and... well maybe its not casual but its serious enough I have a dedicated set of OEM wheels with sticky rubber and my aftermarket wheels are on good summer tires for longer life

I use one of those little carts from Target as a ceramic coating cart. Perfect for holding your towels, applicators, and coating bottle while wheeling it around the vehicle

few notes. I am also a husky gang. if you can afford it the heavy duty welded is much worth it over the standard stuff. if you cant. US general from harbor freight is about the same quality but cheaper, caveat I know husky does inventory clearance sales. so compare and shop * new age isnt bad either.. nor gladiator but again HD not SD Accent garage wall. opposite of the evo id get a graffiti artist to do a depiction of the All day Anthony logo maybe in red and black maybe in colors of your choosing. I'm doing a charcoal ceiling and off white walls with a blue and grey stripe around the top Black ceilings do suck down light but with enough they also have two benefits of hiding business in the ceiling and hiding where the ceiling starts. you can paint down the walls about 2-4 inches from the ceiling in the same "tricorn black" ( I did cyberspace for a cooler dark color not warmer) and itll trick the eye into losing perception of height. I love the husky fold down tables. brilliant. for me I need the ability to roll tables so everything that I can has casters on it. to cover up the water heater and softener I would actually put up a wall with large bi folding doors. two of them. you can paint them to match the walls and theyll blend in much better than leaving the stuff there. the barn door is hard cause to open it youd need to move alotta stuff on the sides of it not just in front. Wera is elite. use em at work. the allens are why i will switch all my bolts on cars to allen head. no more philips or jsa or flatheads. gonna steal those jack mount ideas. im going to do poly asparitic flooring. it looks or is the cousin to epoxy but much more durable. swisstrax and racetracx is a good brand. honestly keep an eye open on marketplkace they show up used alot and can be cleaned back up and reused. only additions id make would be a can holder on the inside of a cabinet. they have em on etsy and allow easy storage of commonly used cans. PB blaster, brake kleen etc etc ceiling mounted hose reel to the air compressor. between the evo and rsx. run the air line up the outside of the garage door and itll be tucked enough. I also installed 3 2 gang outlets in the ceiling in the middle between my car bays. most my tools are electric now but some hard wired ones its nice to not have to trip over extention cords. great work Tony, your videos make me want an rsx real bad but im sworn to the GD subaru and given our ages and their ages. its a car worth to keep and make nice and clean again ( 2006 aspen white Wrx TR)

You hit the nail on the head-the flooring. You're the first to hear epoxy fail, but I usually see it damaged by people doing heavy work. Look up Divine Media and what he did in his garage.

I have the wera tool check, ive been eying it since highschool and I finally got it two years ago once i graduated uni and carry it everywhere. Such a convenient small package and the design on their phillips head bits. Insanely good and worth every penny, never once have they started to slip and cam out. Also a water softener?! I would kill to have one in my garage, washing cars in the heat, especially with black paint and hard water, is a night mare. Mineral deposits everywhere. so jealous 😭

i used to do this in cali, if you know youll be washing a car and its been in the sun bring out an ez up tent ( or whatever walmart brand tehre is) and get the sun off it. helps lower surface temps so the water doesnt flash steam right off.

Swiss Trax flooring in the ADA color scheme would be killer and also be an easy way for the red motorcycle dolly to blend in without you constantly thinking about swapping it to black. Maybe a small fridge tucked away somewhere. Other than that this set up is perfect for 99% of enthusiasts who aren't trying to be obsessed garage tier.

I absolutely loved your garage Anthony ! Great space and you did a great job. I think flooring would transform the look drastically. Other than the flooring perhaps a very light grey paint color on the walls just to offset the white. In regards to some wall decor perhaps some polisher wall mounts to hang your polisher,s maybe some tin signage like a Rupes, Flex, Vyper..... signs would make the walls pop. I only have a 1 car garage but between the flooring and the colors it made a huge difference. I wish I had a 3 garage.lol All the best All Day !!
