Agree! They have found a perfect balance between levels of original audio and translation. We still get the nuance in the voice while a great voiceover makes us understand what is said. It may seem trivial, but there are lots of channels where they don't include original sound, put loud back(fore)ground music, etc. This is the school book in how to do it 🏆

In 1978 i lost my clutch disc in tok alaska in my 1964 Datsun.. we were hippies and did not have much money. we had to order a new disk from anchorage, and rent the garage from the gas station at night. Thankfully they only charged 5 dollars an hour. the pressure plate assembly was so old and corroded i could not adjust it because i was afraid i would break it. as it was i could not get the clutch to dis engage, so i drove 3200 miles to Albuquerque with no clutch release. You can shift without a clutch, but you have to have the engine speed just right. after a while i got good at it. We made it to Albuquerque, but by then i had worn out the starter, after having to stop the engine and engage first and restart the engine in first gear to get the truck to move. A couple years later some crazy teen agers crashed into that little datsun while i was in Portland Oregon as it was parked in front of my apartment. I happily proclaimed to my wife, Honey, someone killed the datsun. That solved allot of my problems. the answer was there all the time. BTW I had the clutch working when the truck died.

Should test the Blish lock theory from the early 1900s with a clutch. The theory is simple, one metal softer than the other, when instant pressure is applied, it should cause a sticking resistance. It was used in the early Thompson submachinegun for delaying the action, but found to be unnecessary

Of course, the steering linkage in the rear has to be locked in place so it will drive normally. Take if off road to see how it stacks up against a Lada Niva.

If that works better, you could cut slots in the rubber surface in the direction of rotation, as you might see on a disk brake rotor to improve cooling. Think of bicycles with rim brakes. By the way, bicycle brake pads do glaze from being overheated but rarely blister. Too bad you can't a roll of hard, dense high temperature rubber. Cheers!
