I just picked up a freezer/fridge for my Jeep. I went with the Iceco which is actually a 3 in 1. Freezer, fridge, and a cooler. So in the event I run low on power. I can actually put ice in it and it has a drain plug. Uses the same compressor as the ARBs. Love it! Hope you all enjoy yours as much as I enjoy mine. It def is a game changer having a fridge freezer in your car.

On to the main event - Hard Top for a Wrangler JLU. I didn't realize I had to mention the LED's. My JLU came with LED's; but, I would like some cooler LED headlights. I like those green halo's LED headlights; but, really, to me, it's just fun and not totally needed. Give it to someone who wants it more.

FYI, there’s a 12v pigtail, and probably a subwoofer plug, under the side wall carpet on the passenger side of the rear cargo area by the roll bar. The OEM 12v sockets w/ OEM plug are available on eBay for around $10 ea.

Hope the fridge works out. I realize not everyone has the budget for a Dometic or ARB & it'd be nice to have a budget friendly alternative but if there's 1 thing I've learned in my decade of Jeeping it's, it just doesn't pay to go the, "if you like (insert premium brand) try me" route. In the end you just end up doing what you should've done to begin with and that applies to everything across the whole Jeep spectrum....suspension, armor, accessories, recovery etc. Buy Once, Cry Once.

There's an old saying, I'm not rich enough for cheap shoes.. so far, that hasn't really been a thing for us. We try to build our jeeps conservatively and often don't buy the most expensive parts. We will keep the channel updated with how the fridge does over the next few months. Hopefully it keeps performing as well as it is

I agree a bit, outsourcing has gotten to the point that many name brand items are built on the same line and use the same technology, ie Ryobi and Milwaukee. There are some very good budget-friendly fridges out there to the point that spending on an ARB just isn't needed anymore. Look at Jackery, no new tech, priced to high, and there are better, cheaper options.

Thanks for this and the last video. We have been tossing around the idea of what cooler to put in the back and before last week the fridge was out of the equation. With the power source (other than the single battery-thought about going dual), this gives us more options for consideration. You stated the fridge needs to be level because of the refrigerant, what you gonna do when your wheeling, the terrain is always gonna be level.

My buddy had the 20 quart version & I can say from 1st hand experience that this thing simply doesn't perform as advertised. It wouldn't cool at set temperature, exchanged for another unit & same problem. They offered an "upgrade" to the 30 quart if he retracted his review. Same issue with the 30 quart. All the reviews on Amazon are tainted because they offer everyone a free insulated tote in exchange for a good review. Long story short, it's junk. You get what you pay for.

I had the Fiares...identical. It's just another rebranded generic freezer on Amazon. There's dozens of different brands for the same exact product. They don't even bother changing the ad & product image gallery. Any John/Jane Doe can buy a pallet of them from China & stamp whatever name they want on it. No different than anything else on Amazon. Same song and dance...trade random free item for a glowing review & there's nothing people like more than free goods & quick to sell out. Then they reach out to random KZbinrs to showcase their junk.

So we have been really happy with ours months later. Everything seems to stay cool in the fridge and the battery consumption is totally reasonable. Would recommend so far, but if anything changes will let you know

I have the JoyTutus. Same exact product, just under a different moniker. Same copy n paste ad, description & pictures. Sums up 80% of everything else on Amazon. Temperature settings is nowhere close to accurate. Returned almost immediately. Unless it's paid for, out of pocket, then reviews aren't reviews. How do you tell folks, "Everyone Needs this fridge" when you just pulled it out of the box & haven't put it through it's paces? It's so transparent. Look at all the stuff they were given...not a single negative word as opposed to, say tthe DV8 tire carrier. That was bought & paid for and it got the shaft.

Thank you for your comment and feedback! We buy most of our mods with our hard earned dollars. That being said, so far, this fridge has worked really well for us! If you're buying this and expecting it to perform like a $1000 unit, then obviously you will be disappointed. We are okay with the few pitfalls it has and would still recommend it to anyone looking for a budget fridge. We will follow up if anything changes, as we always do.
