Just a tip, if your closed ended lug nuts are too shallow for your stud length, you don’t have to cut the lug. Just tighten the lug until it bottoms out on the stud and then it will pop the cap at the end of the lug. Lugs aren’t cast closed ended, the just cap them at the end of processing

Are those Ball Bearing turbo cartridges? You shouldn't ever restrict a journal bearing. If you smoke, its because your drain isn't up to par. Limiting the oil to a journal bearing is horrible for it. Just a tip, best of luck with it! Also you have plenty of pump and you aren't running that much boost. You can turn the base pressure up 60-70psi and your 1000cc injs will go a lot farther. FWIW Bosch 210lb injectors are cheapish.

As a comparison for weight of a K20 swapped beetle with full cage with my mid engine K20 with me in the car 729lbs front = 34.9% and 1362lbs rear = 65.1% total of 2091. And then when the scales were put away, realized Im stupid.....my drivers door with glass was not put on, so add another 45 lbs
