Always loved the G8! Ditch the hood and drag wheels, fix the stance, she’ll be a beauty! I was working in GMs wind tunnel in Warren MI, finishing a shift working on a Buick. The bay doors opened up and there was a crew prepping the Holdens to come in for aero analysis. Those were awesome cars!!! This was just prior to the launch of the G8. Always hard to tell in a video how crazy the exhaust is, but it sounds pretty rowdy, and you haven’t even opened it up yet! Personally, if I had a built car with a dump option, I’d tame the exhaust a bit to make it more livable and set the dump to open at WOT or a target exhaust back pressure. Good stuff man! Thanks! That's part of the plan to change the look of the car to suit my personal tastes of OEM+. It's not terribly loud despite the exhaust being straight piped with the turbo acting as the muffler. My old cammed G8 was at least 2-3x louder when straight piped

Love it mate, from 1 aussie to another aussie i think the G8 needs a set of simmons wheels 🤣... Also the bonnet and bumper replacement should be a standard ve bonnet and a s2 ve ss bumper(with projector headlights).. would look killer in k-pow 💪 Btw love the content 🤙

are you going tell us how you fixed it? we all know it had a front main seal blown out. What caused that?

When I got the car, it had no intake manifold and a few other things. I replaced the front main seal, but it honestly looked fine. The car did have the OG crank bolt, which had a leak, and a new oem bolt solved that. Only issue now is the turbo oil drain leaking. We will see what happens when I'm finally able to get into some boost
