It must be a car that was assembled on Friday, better be quick to finish as we need go for some Vodka. Come on 1990 it was still some Communistic approach to a lot of things :D I'm Polish myself so I just laugh my ass off out of those things. One Maluch can close the speedometer, the other one can't, guess this is none existing quality checks on production line :D

James reminds me so much of my grandpa. He had rooms full of spare parts and what my grandma called 'junk'. Imagine James's toolbox but roomfulls. Not even just the closets. Full on floors covered with stuff. As a kid him opening those rooms felt like a magical mystical portal. He was always making and fixing and upgrading things. I remember him making a electroshock therapy machine out of an old radio for my mom when she was sick. I miss him so much. Even now people can't figure out how he made stuff just work.

"I don't hate it" is the highest compliment anything can get from Wade. Like if he likes or loves something, it means it's just a good thing. But if he says he doesn't hate something - that means it's something that's better than it has any right to be, and frankly I think that'll always be the higher compliment. It's a bit like polite applause vs awestruck silence - idk which is better, but one has definitely surprised the audience more.

as an enthusiast, I can 100% ensure that a vehicle with that large of a rust hole is just weight reduction for performance. Also, James' test light is the definition of "You were so preoccupied with whether or not you could, you didn't stop to consider whether or not you should."

About the messed up rusted to hell metal bits. You can always "fix" it the polish way. Put a ton of plaster and epoxy reisin there let it cure, then sculpt something that resembles the previous shape, paint it over and prettend rust was never there haha. Much cheaper than cutting rotten stuff out and weld healthy stuff in. Some people claim it's not safe to drive around in something like that but maluchs were coffins on wheels even in factory new state lmao

Fine Italian engineering right there, the boys from Turin really gave it their best. Can you believe this was the successor to the Fiat 500? Never in my life have I seen a Fiat 126 on Italian roads, but I've seen plenty of 1950s Fiat 500 still running like they're new.

Wade, just gotta tell you right now that I used to have a uncle named CRAIG, anytime I went over to their place I always hung out with my Uncle cause he was always fixing something, but he almost always had some kind of Jerry Rig fix on something, he had a motorboat called “It’ll do”. All my engineering skills came from him(also from my dad that was a Aircraft Mechanic). He was one of my favorite uncles to hang out with, too bad my aunt divorced him because of his alcohol problem.
