I hated cilantro when I started (yes, it tasted like soap). But I kept reintroducing it, generally in small quantities, and now (7 years in) I actually really enjoy it!!! While I'd noticed a lot of my tastes had changed, some very quickly, this is by far my biggest surprise. Maybe you shouldn't give up on that dill!!!! LOL

I use a pressure cooker . So easy ! I don’t even soak them and pressure them for 30 minutes
