My favorite way to relax is to go walk around my local garden nursery. Lucky for me I live six minutes from my nursery. It's hard to not buy something especially if it's on sale. Roses in 3-gallon pots were on sale this past weekend for just $10.00 US dollars apiece. I didn't have room for one more, but I bought on anyway LOL at that price. Thanks for the tour Darren.

Thanks for sharing. I love seeing what you guys have in the UK. And I always like listening to what you are thinking of each plant:-) if I could pick one gardening channel that I am able to watch for the rest of my life it would be your channel :-) I love watching your videos. They are somehow very calming and relaxing ;-) Please don’t ever stop posting.

You are a genius!!! Seeds!!! You have great gardens centers ! Love your sense of humor! 😂 chrysanthemums can be both annuals and perennials. The ones sold in fall are usually annuals. I’ve purchased and planted many in spring and they come back every fall and stew beautiful

Second night now i finish watching 11:42 Just look at that gorgeous crested flower bud not yet opened, nearly as beautifully crested as my Chapeau de Napoleon that I had decades ago. Some neighbors offered to weed while I was gone, they destroyed it, I was NOT happy, something like quiet, seething rage was my affliction. 12:55 Miniature roses very seldom posess any fragrance, also spider mites adore miniature roses in dry weather, wretched little beasties! 15:20 Hydrangeas look nice for a short time, we have one here for decades, it seldom turns my head. 16:28 Yes we are, I pass on many gorgeous flowers, most notably, asian lilies, luscious colors, but no scent. I never buy an unscented flower unless it has some really over the top visual qualities. 16:46 I did plant pink and blue viola seeds 6 eeks ago, they are growing surprisingly well, they may quite possibly bloom this autumn/winter, cheerful thought. Scentless, but they provide beauty in a bleak time of year. 20:05 I do get chrysanthemeums to survive year after year by dgging them right around first frost with a generous size root ball, plunk them into a large pot, put them in the cold room 45 to 50 degrees fahrenheit, only water them perhaps once a month, my newest has survived one winter, the older one has survived 2 winters and my fuji mum, taller than I am as survived 5 winters. They will not survive out of doors in our Ohio winters. Also, chrysanthemums have an intrigueing scent, some people say that they stink, I say that they have a scent similar to fresh straw in a barn loft blended with some sort of herb like costmary or perhaps celery. Imponderable scent. 20:56 Oh! Have you not seen the Blackmore and Langdon begonias developed in your own nation? Absolutely indescribably gorgeous, the best begonias in the world, alas, I can never afford them at $60 to $75 per corm. You can get them much more affordably than I because you will not be paying the terrible import tax that i would. Oh, you must try to get a potful or two next springtime. I do grow a few huge hanging baskets of begonias, but they pale in comparison to Blackmore and Langdon begonias. 21:01 Oh such sad little onions! Makes my eyes weep to see their sad little forms, Sunday I pulled a bushel of large red and white onions from my garden and I was ALL DAY LONG peeling them down to the good, clean, maggot free layers, oh! such a labor of Hercules it was, but Yay! It is done! I persevered! LOL! 22:15 We love them because they look like cheerful, happy sunshine, pure, clean cadmium yellow! Such a cheerful sight!22:25 There you go! SUNbeckia! 🌻🌻😎😎 Well, thank you for the tour from your far distant shore! Ralph in Ohio.

Aw I recognized a whiter shade of pale from the thumbnail! One of my favorites thanks to the strong beautiful classy fragrance and large blooms. Could it be that they weren't as fragrant in this time of day? I find that closer to the evening my roses are less fragrant.
