Beautiful garden! I cant believe how much it has grown and changed in the short time that you have lived in your new place.

Patty, I love that you're doing two types of videos! I think your passion shines through in both. So thank you for accommodating those of us who aren't really gardeners, by giving us your homemaking videos. I treasure them :)

You inspired me to share the homemaking ones and my gardening friends asked where was the gardening so doing both seemed sensible and I get to share both parts of home keeping that I love. 💕

I moved from zone 10 a couple of years ago and this seems slow to green up for me now that I’m in zone 9. 😂

I had a feeling you were also a California gal! Thank you for the reminder to cut back my roses. I should do it today before the big rains arrive.

Hi Patty! Greetings from Santa Clarita. What a wonderful video! I started to cut back my Salvia. Then we had that 75 degree weather and they started to bloom again. Should I cut them back again before we go into the 30s this week. Also, I accidentally planted a large variety Salvia where they may end up being too big for the pots. When is the best time to transplant them into the ground? I haven't seen so many warnings as we are having with this upcoming storm. May the Lord protect you and your family!

I would still cut back the salvia by 2/3 and after the cold storm passes is so the same to salvia you want to move. It should be fine. You stay safe as well.
