Laura, I just want to thank you and Aaron for this channel. You have made this time, with all the yuck in the world, more bearable for me. I'm learning SO MUCH from you and I'm no longer afraid to garden. I guess I've always been afraid of messing it up. Which is just silly. I now have a plan for my front and back yards. It may take years to get there, but it's all about the journey, right? I know we're strangers, but I just love your sweet family, and I wish you every blessing. Looking forward, as always, to your next video.

Thank you for acknowledging the misery of gardening in humidity! I'm a former CA/OR girl who now lives in VA where we have 90%+ humidity through the summers... It's seriously like walking around in someone's mouth. My garden is on Main Street where everyone walks by so every morning my neighbors see me as a red-faced, dripping, highly undignified lady, they probably don't think I'm the same person who leaves for work an hour later lol! Just wanted to say thank you for making me feel better about how hard it is to work in southern humidity!!

Hi Laura, Aaron, and Benjamin. I just stumbled upon Garden Answer about 2 months ago and am so glad I did! I’ve told everyone I know who are even remotely interested in gardening about your vlog. I’ve been gardening for 30+ years and have learned so much from you. Since I’m a relatively new subscriber, I’ve got a lot of videos to catch up on😃. My question concerns bees in your area. With the high temperatures how are bees able to stay hydrated? I’ve found a number of bees that have just died while in the flower in my garden. I live in Victoria, BC, and we certainly don’t have the same kind of heat that you experience in your area. Love the videos and your lovely, easy manner. Stay safe.

Oh what a help Russell has Ben to you. What a sweet cat. He was in heaven with the cat nip. You are one busy lady. You wear me out just watching. Live your videos. And that chicken curtain is awesome.

Girl, you're pregnant 🤷 you remember how the brain flips. Give yourself a break. We're all wondering how you do any. Without being pregnant.

Awwe,... pregnancy, its the pampering, lazing-around that brings problems...I didn't treat myself delicately while pregnant...when that precious life arrives, I'd better be in-step, cause time is gonna be traveling!....condition ourselves for the long haul of raising children! Keep active!..we're really not meant to be so pampered, ..not princesses!...

I was just thinking that. She’s supposed to be mellow....so she basically cuts down half a tree and moves it. Lol

@@debbiewood3819 I thought exactly like you! I was too active and my baby was born premature. That little voice in my head was telling me I think you should rest. I wish I had listened. I suppose every person has different needs during pregnancy, but I feel the need to tell pregnant moms to listen to their body.

That area is SO beautiful around the coop. Those curtains look so good!

Those curtains are beautiful!!! You could always use an extra panel for the door and use the tie back to bunch the center creating an hour glass shape. ⌛️🐣

Hi Laura, Aaron and Benjamin! Those areas look so much better after the pruning! I love the chicken curtain! What a great gift! I need to remember to tell my daughter about pruning/shaping the roses. She has a climber, yellow, that she bought last year from your parent's garden center and has talked about pruning it until she can get a trellis up. It was fun, as always, watching Russell and his antics. Congrats to Aaron for getting an A+ from the arborist! Thank you so much for sharing! And, yes, it's more important to spend time with the boys!

Love, love, love the chicken coup area. The curtain is the perfect addition. Would love to see the eggs you collect and how many you get.
