As a kid I remember my mom and grandma having a trailing heart leaf philodendron and spider plants. My grandma loved African violets too. I don’t have many places in my house for house plants but I do have one kitchen window that gets morning sun. I’m getting the itch to try some of those out.

Thank you so much for this video. What an extraordinary variety of tropicals. I just retired a year ago from the interior plantscaping industry. 50 years of caring for these types of plants so you made my day seeing many new varieties for me. Looking forward to seeing how your Martha Stewart begonia grows, I've wanted one for a couple of years now. 😊
@laraemitchell906415 күн бұрын
In my experience, the more houseplants you have in close proximity, the better they like it. I think it’s because they create their own microclimate with extra humidity. I love seeing all the strange and wonderful types. I’m most surprised by that Lacy leafed begonia. So glad you picked one of those. 💚💚💚

There is a long, low rectangular table in front so I have room for more plants. We are at -12 this morning so I have time to look for plants and wait for a warmer day to get them. Thank you so much!
