As far as Raider fans go, AOC could never offer you the mobility or pocket awareness than Minshew gives. For that reason alone, it's a no brainer. You can't be a serious team in the modern league with a 3rd string talent like AOC as your QB. This is NOT the league anymore for immobile, terrible pocket awareness type QB's. They must do it all equally as good as or close to it as possible.
