Land air ... you can change the seconds setup any time. So before going to bed, you can chenge the setup to a every hour setup instead an every 30 seconds set up. Note that if you change it from an hour to 30 seconds, your 30 seconds tracking won't start until that every hour setup ends.

Well if you want to see in real time where the GPS tracker is, you need a cellular connection. Otherwise its just a logger. GPS technology is just locating technology beamed down from space, it dosent send data back to a remote computer without some sort of network connection.

@@tombiggi1024 They both use "True" GPS but the difference is the Garmin uses a Satellite connection to send back the data (Like a satellite phone), and unlike an Apple Tag, it still requires a subscription. The satellite connection has nothing to do with GPS technology itself. Its just a way to send data back to a remote computer.
