Please play gucci belt Tahm Kench. Heartsteel into 1 bami and 3 giants belts. The early extra health from all the belts will make you stack your hearsteel faster. And together with the bami you have full upgrade ability into better items afterwards. Bami and 3 belts is the cost of one full item plus component but gives a lot more health

@@axenim it stacks of bonus health from items. Not from bonus health in general. Which means items like giants belts still work. But runes don't matter so you can take optimal runes

That was what "Mathematically Correct Pantheon" was about. Lots of lethality and armor pen does mean you're dealing more than true damage thanks to PTA damage boost.
