I already made this garlic bread couple of times in the past few months. Every time it tastes delicious and my sister loves it too. But I had to keep it in the oven for at least 30 minutes and add a little more milk to the dough to make it soft. I highly recommend this recipe if you love garlic bread. Keep up the good work. Most other videos tell to keep at 250 degrees. 180 seems low. Her oven is small. That should also be considered. Mine is a huge one below the cooking range. I am also wondering what temp to try at.

proportions, cooking time all perfectly accurate - turned out great, thanks. if using a halogen oven, use the lowest shelf, bake for 15 min at 180... comes out golden brown and crusty on the outside, soft and gooey on the inside - slurp!

After the yeast was activated she straightly added the salt . Salt kills the yeast ! So your bread didn't rise and they became biscuits . 😬. This video is showing the recipe wrong . After adding more milk i was able to knead the dough and then it came out perfect. I believe double amount of milk is required in the recipe.

I tried it today it came out good but my dough was dry, I used exact same measurements as the recipe but it was difficult to bind the dough initially so I had to add like 2 more tablespoons of milk to make the dough, but it turned good after that and the result was really awesome

Had to use more milk to get the soft dough and it looks like more than a cup of flour was used in the recipe which wasn’t mentioned. It also took me more than 15 minutes to bake it. It was tasty nonetheless.

I had to add more oil and milk while kneading the dough.. and had to bake it 30 minutes for it to be baked well.. the oven settings will depend on your oven type.. mine dint get baked as per the video.. had to extend the baking time.. i would suggest to preheat oven to 200 degree celcius and then bake for 20 minutes.. taste wise was perfect.. thanx for the recipe.. !!

I tried this recipe. But the dough wasn't soft aftr kneading, I needed to add more milk. And the baking time had to be adjusted.

Yes Measurements are not given correct I had to add more water to kneed the dough . And even after that it came out hard Not a good recipe for garlic bread

Add most milk till the dough is soft and pliable enough to knead. About two tbsp more to start. Feel the consistency of the dough. You can tell when it’s right. I just made it and it’s turned out well.
