Hi Sanjyot, I really love the chewy texture of old dominos pizza, now a days it is found in small size pizza (classic hand tossed). I tried to achieve that texture by even using strong flour but still something is missing maybe ingredient or process wise. Would you please explore and share your recipe such that we could replicate that awesome texture and taste of bread. You are a perfectionist man!
