Ingredients for Stuffed Chicken Breast:
4 large chicken breasts (12 oz each breast)
1/2 tsp sea salt, or to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup flour
2 cups Panko bread crumbs
Extra light olive oil or canola oil to sauté
Ingredients for Lemon 🍋Garlic Herb Butter:
6 Tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp lemon juice, plus more to drizzle finished chicken
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

I made these tonight for dinner, instead of deep frying them,I drizzle them with a little olive oil and baked them on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.They turned out irresistible and so delicious !!! I have notebooks where I keep all my personal receipts and I grade them so I know weather or not I should cook it again. This chicken receipt got a huge A+! Are used to make chicken Kyiv quite often years ago when all of my kids were still at home. But one thing I added to it was smoke House almonds. They had such a wonderful flavor and I would chop up a handful for each chicken breast and stuffed it in there with the butter and oh my goodness what a wonderful taste.

Ok, I did try and make it, but my knives stills are not so good. I couldn't make the pockets in the chicken correctly (I think I cut my chicken breasts too thin). So, I did serve the butter mixture melted drizzled on top of the chicken and remaining sauce in a candle butter warmer. It turned out fabulous and my family loved it. This is going to be a least a twice a month dinner for us.
